VISION & MISSION STATEMENT
The vision of the OYS Cheer Program is to develop strong and confident young women, through the sport of cheer. Setting high standards and expectations, the program will teach valuable life lessons: integrity, work ethic, mutual respect, accountability, and a high level of commitment. We are dedicated to building champion athletes while representing OYS with enthusiasm and pride.
It is our mission is to provide a fun, safe and encouraging atmosphere; while teaching the skills to develop strong character, positive attitudes, responsibility and citizenship as well as instilling positive goals, dreams and values.
